Vacuum seaming machine

The Integra-C vacuum seaming machine is designed for sealing in a vacuum or in an environment of modified gas mixtures of metal, glass and plastic cans of any type with a diameter of up to 103 mm and a height of up to 120 mm. Fine tuning of the machine when changing the format of cans is carried out automatically and does not require a qualified operator. Changeover time - no more than 5 minutes. The productivity of the machine is up to 20 cans per minute. The machine is equipped with a vacuum pump providing a "dry" vacuum with a vacuum level of minus 0.95 bar. The warranty is 2 years. The recommended service life is 12 years with an 8-hour operating mode and a 40-hour work week. The machine can operate both in stationary conditions and on fishing vessels, including in humid and tropical climates.
