SUMAB TE-15 Stationary Plant (15 m³/h Economy Class)
Technical specifications and configuration of the SUMAB TE-15 plant:
A prefabricated economy-class concrete plant.
Capacity: up to 15 m³/hour.
Constructed of stainless galvanized steel.
The SUMAB TE 15 is a prefabricated concrete plant, ideal for construction and/or building materials companies seeking not only high plant productivity but, above all, high-quality concrete production.
Two aggregate storage tanks, 5 m³ each, with pneumatic control valves.
500/330-liter planetary mixer with skip feed from Sicoma (Italy), aggregate conveyor, Siemens sensors. Cement tank (200 kg), chemical additive pump, automatic plant control system, Siemens computer (100 concrete grades).
(Summer version)
1. 500/330-liter planetary mixer with skip feed is installed on a platform with four metal supports.
2. The aggregate conveyor is located under the bins. It is 10 meters long and 800 mm wide. Aggregate dosing is performed by Siemens sensors. Sensor load is 2000 kg. Aggregate feed rate is at least 120 m³ per hour.
3. 270-liter, 4 kW air compressor.
4. Siemens automatic plant control system. Over 100 concrete grades.
5. Skip system. Aggregates are transferred from storage warehouses to a 500-liter skip.
Siсoma 500/330-liter planetary mixer.
The concrete mixing equipment includes a planetary mixer and skip, both mounted on a special support platform.
The mixer, with its planetary gear, is driven by a gearbox suitable for heavy-duty production conditions.
The mixing system is designed in a star-shaped configuration with three rotating paddles and one external scraper. The mixer paddles, as well as the mixer itself, are coated with an anti-wear material.
The paddles are also available in anti-wear rubber.
Water is supplied to the mixer through the external parts using insert nozzles. Doors made of special rubber are located on the mixer for inspection.
A manual hydraulic pump allows the doors to be opened in the event of a power failure.
The required proportions of aggregates are fed into the mixer via a skip, which loads them from a dosing device. A motor and gearbox then lift the skip along a metal cable to the mixer. Mechanical and electromechanical safety devices prevent the skip from falling if the cable breaks.
The paddle arrangement ensures coverage of all parts of the mixer, ensuring high-quality concrete that meets international standards. A hydraulic system for collecting concrete samples during mixing can be installed upon request. The mixer has two drives with three paddles each.
A twin-shaft horizontal mixer can be supplied upon request.
Cement collection tank.
A 200 kg cement tank is located above the mixer.
Water supply system.
The concrete plant is equipped with a galvanized water system with a flow rate of 300 liters per minute. Water is supplied from the central city water supply at a pressure of 5 liters per second.
A water purification and recycling system can be installed upon request.
A Siemens desktop computer allows for automated control of all concrete preparation processes.
It produces over 1,000 concrete recipes.
A Windows desktop computer is installed upon request. It has multiple security systems.
Video surveillance systems can also be installed upon request. Surveillance cameras display everything on a computer monitor.
