Technical Specifications and Equipment of the Sumab T-40 Plant
Pre-fabricated concrete plant, capacity 30-40 m³/hour. The structure is made of stainless galvanized steel.
The Sumab T-40 is a prefabricated concrete plant, ideal for construction and/or building materials companies.
Three in-line aggregate storage bins, each with a 15 m³ capacity, have automatically opening dampers. The dampers are opened pneumatically.
A Sicoma 750-500 liter planetary mixer with skip feed is installed on a platform with four metal supports. An automatic water cleaning system cleans the mixer after mixing. A 300-liter cement hopper (rock) with a vibrator is located above the mixer.
The aggregate feed conveyor is located beneath the bins. It is 10 meters long and 800 mm wide. Aggregate feed is dosed using Siemens sensors. The sensor load is 2000 kg. Aggregate feed rate is at least 120 m³ per hour.

Prior to delivery, the plant is coated with anti-corrosion emulsion and white paint (RAL 9002) and blue paint (RAL 5012).

The concrete mixing equipment includes a planetary mixer and skip, both mounted on a special support platform. The mixer is mounted on a frame made of metal profiles with a support platform.
