Capable of producing biodiesel from vegetable oil.

Used Fuel Tech Ltd (UK) biodiesel production line with a capacity of
10 tons/day (approx. 11,750 liters/day).
Manufactured in 2006, slightly upgraded by the owner.
The equipment includes:
1 x 1,200-liter oil preheating tank, including a filter and explosion-proof pump;
1 x 500-liter transesterification reaction processor, including a dosing pump for chemicals (rapeseed oil, methanol, sodium methylate solution);
1 x crude glycerin separation tank;
1 chiller, cooler
1 10,000-liter mixing tank for mixing raw biodiesel with filter aids;
1 methanol recovery tank
1 stainless steel centrifugal filter;
2 600-liter ion exchange columns with air pumps;
1 10,000-liter mixing tank for mixing finished biodiesel with additives (to increase the cetane number and improve evaporation);
1 stainless steel plate filter;
1 semi-automated process control system.
