Strip machine for cutting marble blocks with 50 strips

Machine BK50L, for cutting blocks according to the open frame principle. Thanks to the special design of the separator housing, it is able to withstand high tensile forces. The body parts along which the cutting trolley moves are double prisms and are bolted to the body. Can be used to adjust cutting of different thicknesses and also to cut cracked and misshapen blocks. The machine operates in each separate 4 bronze oil bath, the surfaces of which are made of wear-resistant cast iron and bronze. The movement of the knife frame up and down is ensured by screws located on the columns, driven by a special gearbox. The cutting speed can be adjusted from the control panel.
