The structure is made of stainless galvanized steel.

The SUMAB TE-60 is a pre-fabricated concrete plant, ideal for construction and/or building materials companies seeking not only high plant productivity but, above all, high-quality concrete.

Three in-line aggregate storage bins, each with a 20 m³ capacity and automatically opening dampers. The dampers are pneumatically operated.

A 1,500-1,000-liter planetary mixer with skip feed is installed on a platform with four metal supports. An automatic water cleaning system for the mixer after mixing is installed. The aggregate feed conveyor is located under the bins. It is 11 meters long and 800 mm wide.
Aggregate feed is dosed by Siemens sensors. The sensor load is 3,000 kg. Aggregate feed rate is at least 120 m³ per hour.

Siemens automatic plant control system. Over 100 concrete recipes are available. Plant operation is controlled from a container office, where a control stand and a computer with a printer are installed.
Skip system.
Aggregates are transferred from storage bins to a 1,500-liter skip.

Sicoma 1500/1000 liter planetary mixer.
A twin-shaft horizontal mixer can be supplied upon request.

Siemens desktop computer.

Cement collection tank.
A 500 kg cement tank is located above the mixer.

Water supply system.
The concrete plant is equipped with a galvanized water supply system with a capacity of 350 liters/min.
