Stationary concrete plant Sumab T-60 (60 m3/h, Sweden)

The Sumab T-60 is a prefabricated concrete plant.
Concrete plant T-60, capacity 45-60 m³/h.

3 aggregate storage bins. Each bin has a capacity of 20 m³, with the ability to increase capacity by extending the sides.

1500/300 kg batching system, weighing sensors.
The aggregate conveyor is located under the storage bins and measures 11,000 mm long and 800 mm wide. Aggregates are supplied by opening pneumatic valves in aggregate storage facilities.

Skip system.

Aggregates are supplied from storage facilities to a 1900-liter skip.

Sicoma 1875/1250-liter planetary mixer.
The concrete mixing equipment includes a planetary mixer and skip, both mounted on a special support platform. The mixer is mounted on a frame made of metal profiles, with a support platform containing a safety fence and ladders for access to the mixer.

The planetary mixer is driven by a gearbox suitable for operation in harsh industrial conditions.
The mixing system is designed in a star-shaped configuration with three rotating blades and one external scraper. The mixer blades, as well as the mixer itself, are coated with an anti-wear material. Blades made of anti-wear rubber are also available. A planetary mixer or a horizontal twin-shaft mixer can be supplied upon customer request.

Cement collection tank.
A 750 kg cement tank is located above the mixer.

Water supply.

The concrete plant is equipped with a galvanized water supply system with a flow rate of 350 liters per minute. Water is supplied from the central city water supply at a pressure of 5 liters per second. A water purification and recycling system can be installed upon customer request.

Two chemical additive pumps. Each pump has a capacity of 25 kg.

A Siemens desktop computer. The PC allows for automated control of all concrete mixing processes.
Produces over 1,000 concrete recipes.
A Windows desktop computer is installed upon customer request.

It has multiple security systems. Video surveillance systems can also be installed for an additional fee upon customer request. Surveillance cameras display everything on a computer monitor.

Plant control cabin. An insulated office cabin with a computer and electrical panel. Dimensions: 4 x 2.5 x 2.5 m.
Air conditioning or heating can be installed upon request.

200 kg vibrators. Three vibrators are installed in the aggregate storage area and cement silo.

All wear parts are made of durable materials and can be replaced individually, significantly reducing production costs.
