Plant specifications and equipment:
Pre-fabricated concrete plant with a capacity of up to 80 m³/h. The structure is made of stainless galvanized steel.

The Sumab T-80 is a pre-fabricated concrete plant, ideal for construction and/or building materials companies seeking not only high plant productivity but, above all, high-quality concrete.

Six aggregate storage bins. Each bin is 20 m. A 1500/300 kg batching system with weighing sensors is available. The aggregate conveyor is located beneath the storage bins and measures 11,000 mm in length and 800 mm in width. Aggregates are fed by pneumatically operated valves in the aggregate storage bins. The total aggregate volume with additional sides exceeds 180 m³.
Moisture monitoring devices are installed.

Skip system.

Aggregates are transferred from storage warehouses to a 3,000-liter skip.

Twin-shaft horizontal mixer MP 3,000/2,000 liters.
A planetary mixer can be supplied upon request.

Cement collection tank.

A 0.5 m³, 800 kg cement tank is located above the mixer.
200 kg vibrators.

Three vibrators are installed in the aggregate storage warehouses and cement silo.

A Siemens desktop computer. The PC allows for automated control of all concrete preparation processes.
Produces over 1,000 concrete recipes.
